I can't be the only knitter finishing off my WIPs in preparation for the new knitting year to come. How are you guys progressing?

My most recent finished project is this pair of Helix Socks in Onion Nettle Sock yarn. In stead of polyamide it uses nettle fibers for durability. It was my first try at some Onion yarn, and I like it!

This is the second pair of socks I knitted from the free online class by Lucy Neatby on Craftsy, and I can't recommend it enough. It's a fun series of videos to watch and even if you've knitted socks before, there might still be some tips and tricks that will surprise you. ( Images below the cut )

I haven't posted in a while and a lot of knitting happened, here it is: ( There is a lot! )

My first commissioned knitting, these are for my friend Steelweaver. She found the wool and selected the pattern herself. I'm only responsible for the knitting, pattern adaptations and blocking. Adjusting the pattern had me frogging a lot, but the wool kept up really well.
